Any discounts beyond those already applied depend upon the size of your order. Please contact us before purchasing with your details and we can better advise you.

How long will it take to get my order to me?
We normally ship by USPS or EMS, which is safe, and relatively fast (usually need 4-8 business days to arrive) with online tracking. If you require very fast delivery, we can also ship your order by Fedex/UPS/EMS service. You need contact us first and we will calculate the shipping fee for you.

What is your return policy?
We have an unconditional Return and Replace Policy. This means that if you are not satisfied with any item you receive you can simply mail it back to us with the original packing and invoice/packing slip within 2 weeks of receipt. We will either replace the item or give you a full refund (excluding the shipping costs), no questions asked!

Do you handle custom work?
Yes. You are welcome to provide us with samples or pictures with details of the specifications and we will provide you with a quote.
